jys9 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jys9 platform at jys9.io ("the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the jys9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jys9 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jys9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

To register and maintain an account on jys9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jys9 operates a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register, deposit, or place wagers on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and are acting on your own behalf.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jys9 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a jys9 account closed by jys9 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on jys9 or any connected gaming platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. jys9 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jys9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jys9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to keep those credentials secure.

You must notify jys9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

You agree that all bets, deposits, and other transactions conducted through your account while your credentials are in use are your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where jys9 has been notified of a security breach as described above.

jys9 accounts are for personal, recreational use only. You must not use your jys9 account for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, acting as an agent for third parties, or using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.

All deposits to your jys9 account are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500; maximum per transaction subject to bKash account limits
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; maximum per transaction subject to Nagad account limits
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳500
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500
• Local bank transfer (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — minimum deposit ৳1,000; processing time up to 2 hours

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jys9 wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. jys9 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

jys9 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which jys9 bears no responsibility.

jys9 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where deposits are of a volume or frequency that triggers jys9's internal compliance review procedures.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method verification complete).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours for verified accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.

jys9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a selfie with a government-issued ID, confirmation of the registered payment method, or proof of address. Such checks will be completed within 48 hours in standard cases.

Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method other than those registered and verified on your jys9 account. jys9 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

jys9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all jys9 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each specific offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your jys9 wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jys9 actively monitors for multi-account bonus claiming and will forfeit bonuses obtained in this manner.

jys9 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus or winnings obtained through what jys9 reasonably determines to be bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine gameplay exposure, collusion between accounts, or exploitation of technical errors in the Platform.

All games available on the jys9 Platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game or market, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. In addition, the following general rules apply across all gaming activity on jys9:

• All bets placed and accepted on jys9 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players should verify the details of any bet before confirming it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a fair and verifiable outcome being determined, jys9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jys9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jys9 (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using jys9 to launder money or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, scrapers, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly live poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner that is fraudulent or misleading.
• Facilitating access to jys9 by any person under the age of 21.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward jys9 support staff or other players on any Platform communication channel.

jys9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to players. jys9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and require a 7-day cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session duration. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.

All content on the jys9 Platform, including but not limited to the jys9 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of jys9 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from Platform software.
• Using jys9 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of jys9 intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game software and content available on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are subject to those providers' own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jys9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or Platform downtime.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

Where jys9 is found to be liable despite the above exclusions, jys9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jys9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jys9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

Where jys9 makes material changes to the Terms — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — jys9 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of jys9 as an online gaming platform.

Any dispute between you and jys9 shall in the first instance be submitted to jys9's internal dispute resolution process, as described in Section 14. jys9 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jys9's internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
